I believe that we all want to be our most authentic selves. My goal is to help people move from an overwhelming and distressed mindset toward one of deeper meaning and connection. It is important I provide a safe place to explore, and sort through feelings of confusion and conflict, clearing the path to more fulfilling and satisfying experiences. My approach is collaborative, down to earth, and focused on harnessing your strengths and resiliency.
I use a wide range of research-proven techniques, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based interventions to help cultivate healing, self-discovery, and true self-acceptance. With my passion for client centered practices my goal is to offer a seamless customized therapy experience with a tailored treatment approach.
